Presented by the Victorian Tea Society, the Gold Rush Mothers' Day Tea will feature actress Judith Helton portraying the Gold Rush legend Lotta Crabtree.

Miss Crabtree was a well-known nineteenth century actress whose career began as a child dancing in the gold camps of California.

The tea will be held under the shade pavilion overlooking the rose garden at Centennial Heritage Museum. All proceeds benefit the children's educational programs at the museum.
